The Lactation Loop Mentorship Program

We are looking for an aspiring IBCLC to join Rachel Bennett and the Lactation Loop Mentorship program in the Denton/North Dallas Fort Worth Area. This area is experiencing explosive growth and provides a wonderful opportunity to jump start your lactation consultant career.

Who We Are Looking For?

Lactation Loop seeks highly qualified candidates who bring real-world experience with mothers and babies. Our ideal mentorship student is someone who has worked in a maternal or newborn care capacity — whether as a nurse, doula, midwife, childbirth educator, peer counselor, or in another maternal health role.

We are looking for candidates who are:

Experienced with mothers and babies in some professional or clinical capacity — Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to the field of lactation — Familiar with the IBCLE certification process and eligibility requirements — Actively working toward Pathway 1 or Pathway 3 certification
