In-Home Lactation Consultant Visits

Prefer support in the comfort of your own home? Our board-certified IBCLCs come to you. In-home lactation consultant visits are one of the most effective ways to get breastfeeding support — your IBCLC can assess your feeding space, observe your latch in your natural environment, and give you personalized guidance without you having to pack up a newborn and travel anywhere.

We offer in-home visits across Michigan, Florida, Texas, New York, North Carolina, and Indiana — 7 days a week, 9am to 8pm. Most major insurance plans accepted including Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Anthem, UMR, Meritain, Wildflower, Lactation Network, and Curative.

What to expect: Your IBCLC will arrive at your home, complete a full assessment, observe a feeding, address any concerns, and leave you with a written care plan. Visits typically last 60 to 90 minutes.
