Preparing for breastfeeding and childbirth before your baby arrives is one of the best things you can do as a new parent. Our prenatal education classes are led by board-certified IBCLCs and licensed childbirth educators who specialize in helping families feel confident and ready.

Our Classes Include:

Breastfeeding Zoom Class — A live virtual class covering everything you need to know about breastfeeding before baby arrives. Topics include latch, positioning, milk supply, pumping, and what to expect in the first weeks.

Prenatal IBCLC Consultation — A one-on-one virtual consultation with a board-certified lactation consultant customized to your personal goals, breast anatomy, flange sizing, pump selection and any questions or concerns you have.

Childbirth Education — Available virtually with a doula-led or hospital-based option. Our educators prepare you for labor, delivery and the postpartum period.

Available to families in Michigan, Florida, Texas, New York, North Carolina and Indiana.
