Growing With Lactation Loop

Lactation Loop was founded in 2018 with one IBCLC and a simple idea: families deserve real, board-certified lactation support wherever they are — not just wherever a provider happens to have an office. Behind that idea is our founder, Jennifer Chivas, who brings 30+ years of experience to every family we serve. Today, we're a team of 20+ IBCLCs across seven states, and we're still growing. Where We're Expanding

• Jacksonville, FL — Our founder, Jennifer Chivas, already spends part of her time in this market, where her daughter Sophia Chivas — a licensed IBCLC — is also based. We're excited to keep building our North Florida presence here.

• Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC — Our North Carolina team, currently led by Macey Gerolemon, is growing — we're looking for additional support across the Triangle.

• Orlando, FL — We already have an IBCLC-in-training, Lora Cash, based here, and we're excited to see this market grow as she completes her certification.

• Naperville, IL — Our Chicago-area presence may expand here as our Arizona/Chicago-based IBCLC, Victoria Roselli, spends more time in the area.

• Alpharetta, GA — A new market we're excited to build out.

About our Founder — Jennifer Chivas RN BSN IBCLC

Jennifer Chivas is the founder of Lactation Loop and one of the most experienced board-certified lactation consultants in the country. With over 31 years of experience working with mothers and babies, Jennifer brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to every consultation — and to every mentorship relationship.

Jennifer is a Registered Nurse, BSN prepared, and Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Her areas of clinical expertise include low milk supply, tethered oral tissues (TOTS), exclusive pumping, NICU support, and complex breastfeeding cases. She has helped hundreds of families produce milk they never thought possible — and trained a growing team of IBCLCs who carry that same standard of care into their own practices.

Training with Jennifer means training with the best. Lactation Loop IBCLCs are known for their clinical rigor, compassionate care, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Our mentees go on to become exactly the kind of IBCLCs the field needs more of.
