Lactation Loop is a collective of over 20 board-certified IBCLCs — International Board Certified Lactation Consultants — united by one mission: evidence-based, compassionate breastfeeding support, wherever families need it. We offer in-home visits across seven states, plus virtual support to families nationwide, and we meet weekly as a team to stay current on the latest research.

Every IBCLC on our team has passed a rigorous board examination and brings deep clinical experience to each visit. Many completed their certification through Lactation Loop's own mentorship program — which means this team wasn't just hired, it was built, from the inside out, on a foundation of collaboration and trust.

  • Jessica Phegley MS, RN, BSN, IBCLC

    Jessica Phegley MS, RN, BSN, IBCLC is Lactation Loop's lactation consultant serving families in Fort Wayne, Indiana and surrounding areas. With degrees in Psychology, Health Promotion (women & children), and Nursing, Jessica brings a uniquely holistic lens to breastfeeding support. She has been supporting lactating families since 2015 and earned her IBCLC certification, the gold standard in lactation care. As an experienced postpartum nurse, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every visit. Jessica has been married 11 years to Josh and has two children who were both breastfed. Now settled in Fort Wayne, she enjoys house projects, gardening, and the outdoors, and holds additional certifications in Functional Nutrition and Personal Training. Her goal: empower every family for the best lactation experience possible.
