After every Lactation Loop consultation, your IBCLC completes thorough medical chart notes covering your newborn education, breastfeeding education, feeding observations, and your personalized care plan. You have secure access to all of your records through our patient portal — so you always have your plan documented and shareable with your healthcare team.
Does Insurance Cover Lactation Visits in Plymouth?
